Requirements: "PPC" *and* "10.6 or later"? Well, that should prove interesting.

I use this for when I'm making notes about everything from software/hardware issues to client projects. I just select the folder I want to reference and right-click and choose "Snag Path File..." in Services. I then paste that link into TextEdit (command-K) and I'm done. That way if I'm writing notes I can simply link to the folder(s) or file(s) in question directly in my text and click on them later to pull them up wherever they are. I do wish I had the option to have this come up directly without having to go into the Services folder first, but that's no big deal. Thanks to the Dev for making a great resource available!

The developer of PathSnagger appears not to be too interested in fixing bugs. PathSnagger still doesn't handle paths that contain non-ASCII characters. While I very much appreciate freeware, it's a bit sad that programs like this are not maintained. I have found a very good replacement to PathSnagger, which doesn't have the aforementioned problem. It can only copy paths in UNIX style and without quotes, but this is perfect for most everyone. http://www.hsoi.com/hsoishop/software/
